bdgo11 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bdgo11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at bdgo11.pro and all associated services, games, promotions and payment facilities offered by bdgo11. These Terms apply to all users who access the platform from the territory of Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where access is not prohibited.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service provided by bdgo11, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

bdgo11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or by a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1. Eligibility and Registration

To open a bdgo11 account and use any of our services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period in which your account remains open:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended bdgo11 account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and keep that information up to date.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of bdgo11 or its affiliated companies.

bdgo11 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during or after registration, including but not limited to national identification cards, passports, utility bills, and bank statements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2. Account Management

Each registered user is permitted to hold one account only on the bdgo11 platform. If we detect that a user holds more than one account — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address or household — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and confiscate balances obtained through duplicated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. bdgo11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

You may not transfer, sell, assign or pledge your account or any funds in your account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure without obligation to pay out any balance.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

bdgo11 accepts deposits made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be updated periodically.

All deposits must be funded from a payment source that belongs to and is registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is made from a third-party source, bdgo11 reserves the right to void any winnings generated from such funds and return the original deposit amount, less any applicable fees, to the originating payment account.

bdgo11 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Processing times vary by payment method; most bKash and Nagad transactions are credited to your bdgo11 balance within minutes.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing times are one to four business hours; however, first-time withdrawals may take longer due to mandatory identity verification procedures.

bdgo11 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for supporting documentation. We may withhold payment of a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms until the investigation is concluded.

Withdrawals will not be processed until any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the account balance have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the required wagering will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings directly attributable to that bonus.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdgo11 offers a welcome bonus, periodic reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted by the user. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• bdgo11 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, if circumstances warrant such action.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the conditions specified in the promotion terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bdgo11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the relevant rules. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that bet or game round.

bdgo11 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an incorrect price, on an event that has already started without live-betting being available, or as a result of a technical error on the platform. Voided bets will be refunded at the original stake amount to the player's account balance.

Maximum payout limits apply to all sportsbook and casino products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market and represent the maximum amount payable in respect of a single bet or game round outcome, regardless of the theoretical return. bdgo11 is not obligated to pay amounts in excess of stated maximum payouts.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdgo11 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all affected bets, and the forfeiture of any balances held:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information betting.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity at any stage.
• Sharing account access with, or placing bets on behalf of, any other person, including a minor.
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdgo11 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software code, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of bdgo11 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the bdgo11 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

bdgo11 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your information from unauthorised access.

10. Responsible Gaming

bdgo11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdgo11 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — even if bdgo11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdgo11's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdgo11 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bdgo11's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Service Availability and Modifications

bdgo11 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

bdgo11 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, game, market or service on the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, without liability to you.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your bdgo11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any genuine, unencumbered balance remaining in your account after the satisfaction of all wagering requirements and deduction of any applicable charges will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification.

bdgo11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. In the event of termination for cause, bdgo11 may forfeit any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law as applied to online gaming platforms. In the event of any dispute between you and bdgo11 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with the bdgo11 support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution procedures as outlined in the support documentation available on the platform. bdgo11's decision on all matters relating to gameplay, bet settlement and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, except where an error on our part is subsequently demonstrated.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdgo11 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
